Since 2008, Sandra has been on the path of yoga as a both a seeker and a scholar. Today, she marvels at the ripples of yoga ritual in the everyday and seeks to inspire daily movement + mindfulness in the communities she loves and cares for.

Her root teachers include Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, and Anand Mehrotra of the Sattva Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India. Join Sandra for a joyful and invigorating Power Vinyasa class or seek out a workshop for an exploration of yoga’s deep and ever evolving toolbox.

When you take a class with Sandra you will push your limits, your comfort zone, and your expectations. Using the physical body as a doorway to the present moment, Sandra’s classes seek to expand your consciousness and take a step towards your highest self.
